This intake form is designed to help us gather all of your thoughts, images and text for your invites. If you have questions as you're working through this, please send an email to orders@wideeyespaperco.com. We can't wait to get started on your design!
We will ship your order to this address.
Please remember that this process can take several months! We'll do everything we can to move it along, but at the end of the day, we're creating custom art and we want the end result to be PERFECT for you! Every client is different (which we LOVE!), so the timeline largely depends on how many revisions we need and how involved they are. Factor in up to 3 weeks for printing/shipping once your designs are approved. We work with small print shops who are fantastic at what they do, but given the nature of a small business, their turnaround time can vary (hence the long window). Expedited options are available if needed when we get to the printing phase!

OVERALL DESIGN

This is the font style and design layout we will use as a starting point. You can find the layouts on our website under "folded collections." Don't worry if it's not exactly perfect for your wedding or vision — in the following sections you can elaborate on what you do/don't like for each panel. And we can always change out fonts!

Provide as much information as you can! We encourage you to browse designs on our website and Instagram page for samples and inspiration. PANEL ONE

This panel is the star of the show! When your invitations are folded, this is the first thing your guests see. The scenery or design on this panel sets the stage for the rest of the invitation.
